Non-recoverable costs are costs not sold onto the customer and these costs are incurred by the dealership. A typical cost would be PDI Pre-delivery Inspection, or in cases for a used vehicle, preparation costs. Non-recoverable costs can be negative, for example CRM bonuses, finance commission; for used vehicles road fund licence refunds may be used.
Non-recoverable costs are displayed on the 'Cost Detail' screen.
