The specification tab for used vehicles displays all items being sold, including associated selling prices and costs. You can also add other options.
Date effective: The system uses this date to look up a specific data set of option and prices from franchise data.
Tip: If you have large quantities of options, you can search for your options, rather than scrolling down possibly hundreds of options.
SPECIFICATION GRID:
The columns in the specification grid are:
S: N for Normal; T for text; F for FOC
Product Description: Displays vehicle details
A: Analysis code
S: Source code
Value: Displays Value including VAT
V: VAT code
VAT: Amount of VAT
Cost: Either estimated, or actual, cost
Tip: Select from the drop-down menu, under the Date effective field, to select from the following list. When selected, options are displayed:
The shortcut menu is displayed when you right-click on any specification line. The following options are available:
SPECIFICATION GRID RIGHT-CLICK MENU:
Product Notes/Supplier Notes. (If installed.)
Note: The sales gross and costs to the vehicle are displayed at the bottom of the Specification tab.
Note: Factory-Fitted options can be selected from the grid, but will be displayed as text lines. To add an option from the grid, right-click and select Add Option.
