You can view a list of the progress of all current jobs, colour-coded by their status.

This form is displayed when you do one of the following:
Click the Progress button in the Here and now area on the Workshop Launch Control form when in a WIP.

Status @ [time]:
This area provides clarification of the grid colourisation and enables the sorting of the information based upon the colour / status.
Show all: Enables all WIPs to be shown in the jobs grid
Progress Status Colour Buttons:
No-show: The vehicle has not arrived / been checked in.
Waiting: The vehicle has been checked in but one or more Technicians have not started on any of the tasks.
Stopped: One or more of the tasks on this WIP are stopped, awaiting Labour, Parts, Authority or Others.
In progress: Technicians are working on one or more of the tasks on this WIP.
Complete: All the tasks on this WIP have been completed, but the Invoice has not been printed.
Invoiced: All tasks have been completed; the Invoice has been printed, but the Vehicle has not been checked out.
Warning:
Start column: The Start time for this WIP has passed and the tasks on this WIP have not been started.
Finish column: The Finish time for this WIP is within the warning time set in the WL System Parameters.
Req'd by column: The Required by time for this WIP is within the warning time set in the WL System Parameters.
Note: Clicking the relevant status colour button. WIP records are filtered according to their progress statuses.
Push Buttons:
Refresh: Refreshes the Jobs grid according to the information in the filter field
[Filter field]: A facility to narrow the customer records search. Enter the customer name or the registration number that exists within the Jobs grid. Click Refresh to re-compile the list of job records.
Mine only: This check-box allows the jobs list to be filtered to show only My WIPs - that is, the ones with my operator description in the Customer contact field on the WIP. If the Operators tab is visible in Point-of-Sale, the jobs list is then filtered to show the WIPs I have checked in. This will be filtered by the Owning Operator (If installed).
Jobs grid:
Tip: The tasks in the grid can be sorted in ascending or descending order by clicking any of the fields on the title row, with the exception of Skill, B.Time, C.Car. Out.
Wip: WIP number generated in Point-of-Sale. This column also displays the department letter that created the WIP at the beginning of the WIP number, depending on your terminal details.
Tip: To search for a specific WIP number, right-click on the Wip column header and the WL Jobs Wip Filter form is displayed. Enter a valid WIP number, click OK and the Jobs form will refresh to display the WIP number you typed in. The Show all check-box will be available and if selected will refresh the form and display all the jobs as before.
Note: If no WIP is found a message will be displayed saying Wip number ????? not found. If you search for a WIP with one of the Status filters applied, the filter will be reset and the WIP will be displayed regardless of the status of the job.
Customer: Name of the customer whose vehicle has been loaded to be worked on today
Vehicle: Description of the vehicle make and model
In: Displays a tick symbol to indicate that the vehicle has been checked in.
Est: Displays a tick symbol to indicate that an estimate has been raised on WIP header.
Auth: Displays a tick symbol to indicate that the job has been authorised.
P.O: Displays a tick symbol to indicate that the parts are on order.
Skill type columns: The grid can contain up to 8 Skill type columns which are defined by CS UK Aftersales parameters Progress Grid skills and are linked to Workshop loading skills.
Mech: Displays a tick symbol to indicate that the job requires a Skill type of Mechanical.
ELE: Displays a tick symbol to indicate that job requires a Skill type of Electrical.
STRIP: Displays a tick symbol to indicate that the job requires a Skill type of Refit damage area.
REPAI: Displays a tick symbol to indicate that the job requires a Skill type of Repair damaged area.
PAINT: Displays a tick symbol to indicate that the job requires a Skill type of Repair and paint.
BODY: Displays a tick symbol to indicate that the job requires a Skill type of Bodyshop work.
B.Time: Indicates the bonus time (Time allowed - time taken).
C.Car: Displays a tick symbol to indicate that the job has a courtesy car booked.
Out: Display of the job due date.

Clicking the Go To WIP option loads the WIP in to Point-of-Sale.

Clicking the Reload option re-loads the WIP back into Workshop Loading for today in Unassigned tasks so that the work can be completed. The WIP is loaded into Point-of-Sale, and any amendments can be made if needed. Saving the WIP then displays a message asking you to bring the load dates back into line.

Note: The Re-Load option is only enabled if you select a task that has not been completed and was due out before today's date. This operation can also be run in End-of-Day to re-load automatically all the relevant jobs back into Workshop Loading in the Unassigned Tasks tab, ready to be worked on the following day.

Note: When a WIP has gone to Invoiced status, the WIP remains in the Jobs Form until you check it out, or automatically depending on how the System parameter Return keys is set in Workshop Loading.
