If a process such as a parts extract or advice note collection runs regularly, its old transfer files that are no longer required can be removed by clicking the Autoline purge options button.

This group is part of the File Transfer Editor. It enables you to set up file purging, emails, and timed operations.
Autoline purge options...: Enables you to set or edit purge operations for files on the Autoline server
Remote purge options...: Enables you to set or edit purge operations for files on the PC or remote server
E-mail options...: Enables you to set or edit email operations for this transfer record
Timed functions...: Enables you to set or edit timed operations for this transfer record
