The API transfer method sends data in chunks or packets. On most systems, a chunk size of 2 048 bytes is normal. The default for AIX is 1 024 bytes, but some AIX systems require smaller chunks. This tab enables you to select the API chunk size.
To set API chunk size:
Note: This process continues from selecting the transfer type using the wizard. It applies only when you select API Copy (Local PC access) or API Copy select (Local PC access) as the Transfer type.
Select the Chunk size.
Tip: Use the drop-down 
facility to pick a chunk size.
Click Next.
The Direction tab is displayed.
Continue by following the instructions for specifying the transfer direction.
