Most of the options on the systems maintenance menu should concern only the system supervisor. If in any doubt, contact the support department.

Many of the items on the Nominal Ledger System maintenance menu are only available to a priority 8 or 9 user and therefore will not appear on your menu. In order to exercise any changes in these areas, contact Support.
